We offer Design & Illustration (custom wedding stationery and paper goods), Keepsakes (handmade heirloom pieces), Personalized Items (engraved or hand-painted objects), and Live Personalization (on-site calligraphy at events). You can also discuss any idea outside these — we're open to creative conversations.

The sooner, the better — especially for design commissions and weddings. We work with limited slots, so booking early secures your spot and gives us more time to do our best work for you.

After we align on your brief, we create a digital draft for your review. You have up to 3 rounds of revision. Once approved, we proceed to the final piece — handmade with care. Please note that since each piece is handmade, slight variations from the digital draft are natural and part of the beauty.

Yes to both. We love when clients come with references and material ideas — it helps us understand your vision. We'll work with your input and guide the final direction based on what works best for the project.

It varies by project. Design commissions typically take 3–6 weeks. Keepsakes and personalized items can range from 1–3 weeks. Live personalization is booked per event date. We'll always discuss the timeline before we begin.

Yes, we do. Please let us know your location when reaching out and we'll include shipping details in your quote.

Yes — we also take on visual design projects such as logo design, menu design, and other paper goods that align with our aesthetic. If you have an idea, feel free to share it.

Since everything is handmade, please handle with care. For items on leather, acrylic, or resin, avoid excessive cleaning. A gentle wipe with a dry cloth is all you need to keep them looking their best.
